Agendas and minutes for Council, committee, subcommittee and community board meetings — plus workshops, briefings and information sessions — are automatically fetched from the Christchurch City Council's official InfoCouncil publication system, along with a link to the video recording where one is available.

The motion and resolution text, vote counts, individual votes, mover and seconder names, agenda item numbers and resolution IDs are taken verbatim directly from each document — they are not written by AI. An AI model (Claude) is used only to generate the brief plain-language summaries and the topic and department tags, which are always labelled as AI-generated.

Each record shows if it's been automatically generated and is unverified (amber), verified by a reviewer (green), or amended after review (blue). Verbatim fields — motion text, votes, resolution IDs — are taken directly from official documents but are not the official record.
